A prototype that never ships is a cost, not an asset. Every engagement is scoped backwards from a system running in your environment with your users on it.
Evidence over enthusiasm
We measure AI systems before we praise them: accuracy on your data, cost per task, failure modes documented. If the numbers say "don't build", we say it too.
Guardrails are the feature
Autonomy without approval gates is a liability. We design human checkpoints exactly where the risk sits — and remove them only when the evidence earns it.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, data, and models run in your tenancy under your name. No platform lock-in dressed up as a partnership.
