JamaCore is an engineer-led AI and cloud consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through jamacore.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, for visitors in Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).

• Correspondence — emails and records of our conversations with you.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept for security and reliability. The marketing site sets no advertising or tracking cookies; essential cookies are used only where you sign in to the client portal.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our infrastructure — cloud hosting and content delivery (for example Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare) and email services — and only as needed to operate the site and respond to you. Client engagement data is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email info@jamacore.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
