Engagements

Consulting engagements are governed by the written agreement signed for that engagement (such as a master services agreement and statement of work), not by these terms. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, logos, and imagery — belongs to JamaCore. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission. Quoting reasonable excerpts with attribution is fine.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep its content accurate and the service available, but we make no guarantee of either, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
